The Governors of Oakwood Avenue Primary School wish to appoint a committed, proactive, highly motivated and responsible person to join the maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient running of the site including site security, maintenance, completion of relevant paperwork and maintaining outside areas.
Hours per week : 37 hours per week, all year round, permanent. School holiday hours are more flexible and can be arranged in discussion with the Headteacher.
Start date : As soon as possible, subject to enhanced DBS clearance
Salary : WBC Grade 5, SCP 8-14, (£25,992- £28,624) pro-rata
