Understanding Child Protection

What will happen if I tell a grown up at school that someone has hurt me, frightened me or been bad to me?

1. The grown up will listen to me kindly.

2. The grown up will not ask you to tell anyone else.

3. The grown up cannot promise to keep what you say a secret.

4. The grown up will tell Mrs Frank what has happened to you.

5. If Mrs Frank is not in school, Mr Cunningham will be told.

6. Mrs Frank will decide what needs to be done to help you.  She may need to ask other grown ups to help you too.
