As lockdown has continued, we all have our own personal stories of how this situation is affecting us. There is no right or wrong way to feel. This applies to both adults and children. The following resources have been provided by our Mental Health Support Team (MHST) in addition to other resources we have found which we think will be useful. We use the analogy in school that in order to help others, you have to help yourselves first. Therefore, these resources are for:
- adults (to support yourself)
- parents and carers (to help you support your children - these include resources for any older children you may have)
- children (age appropriate resources you may want to print off and share with your child)
