'Keeping Active' Home Learning Project

Oaky’s next Home Learning Mission for you is based all around keeping active and the benefits of physical and mental activity on your body and mind. It is Mental Health Awareness week this week so it’s all about being kind to yourself and others. You have shown in your Make a Difference project how you are being kind to others, so now is the time to be kind to yourself as well! This project explores how you can be kind to yourself through the physical activity you may do, as well as taking part in practices such as mindfulness and yoga.
